Bracewell & Giuliani
SpawMaxwell has provided interior construction services for the Bracewell & Giuliani
firm across Texas. In Houston, the work consisted of 135,000 square
feet featuring a conference center, six practice floors, and high finishes
throughout including an ornamental staircase with wood veneer stringers and
patterned glass guardrails.
In Dallas, the project was 54,000 square feet over 3 levels and included
a conference center and main reception area, library, practice offices, server
room, records center and associated administrative and support space.
Work at the firm’s Austin office has included modification of a computer
room and ADA restroom upgrades.
