CITGO Petroleum
The construction of CITGO Petroleum’s 250,000 square foot, 5-story interior
included a 22,000 square foot trading floor with under floor access, a full-service
kitchen, a dining room, and a serving area. The project included high-finish
millwork, state-of-the-art audio/visual systems, media
center, and a fully finished pedestrian walkway
connecting the building with the parking garage. An additional 57,000 square
feet was completed at a nearby building to accommodate an additional relocation
of staff.
