David Weekley Homes Corporate World Headquarters
SpawMaxwell provided construction services for the 46,000 square foot addition
to the 35,000 square foot David Weekley Homes world headquarters building at
1111 North Post Oak Lane. The project was delivered under concurrent
occupancy; the site was challenging as it had limited space for staging construction
materials. The project included a two-story addition that houses a conference
center and additional accounting functions plus renovation of the existing
building. Additionally, the work required a complex modification of the
building’s electrical service, and the addition of cooling tower capacity.
