SpawMaxwell conducted more than three months of highly detailed preconstruction services before being awarded the 170,000 SF of interiors for Dimensional Fund Advisors. The space includes: an internal grand staircase of steel and wood with glass accents extending four floors; irregular angular shaped walls and undulating ceiling panels; two state-of-the-art seminar rooms with a seating capacity of 120 and 75 respectively; a full service café with indoor and outdoor seating; trading floor and data center; multi-function space and conference rooms on multiple floors; and an open office floor plan with executive offices. SpawMaxwell started the interiors work while the base building general contractor finished the exterior of the building.
