Perkins + Will
The 2.5 floor renovation for Perkins + Will included an internal staircase,
kitchen/break room, studio suites, executive offices and restrooms. Installing
the staircase required de-tensioning, cutting and re-tensioning the post tension
cables. The reception area features stained concrete floors, art glass, and
architectural woodwork.
