The UTIMCO space features
sweeping curved corridors with glass fronts on all offices, cultured stone
walls, limestone and mesquite flooring at the reception area and in the board
room. An intricate drywall furred-down ceiling is found throughout the space. An
interior stair accented with a stainless steel hand-railing and cultured stone
wall connects the two floors.
