Rice University Library Services Center
Some of the largest tilt-wall panels ever erected in
Texas were used in the construction of the 27,000 square
foot Rice University Library Service Center. The facility
houses a van garage, loading dock, book staging area,
book processing and cleaning room, offices, reading rooms,
restrooms and break areas. SpawMaxwell assisted in the
design process, budgeting and master planning.
