Memorial Hermann Woodlands Medical Office Building
Located at Memorial Hermann Hospital – The Woodlands
campus, this 4-story professional office building is
125,000 square feet. SpawMaxwell
was contracted to build the structure’s core and
shell. The project included associated site work and
surface parking, three drop-off and pick-up canopies,
a covered walkway to the existing hospital, and a courtyard
with premium landscaping.
