North Cypress Medical Center 5th & 6th Floor Addition

SpawMaxwell added the 5th & 6th floors onto the existing/occupied North Cypress Medical Center Hospital. The addition totaled 34,000 SF. The concurrent occupancy project required: tie into the base building power without interrupting power to the facility; temporary power in the ICU and other critical areas; two new elevators were installed as well as extending the four existing elevators without service interruption for patients and staff. To limit contact with the staff and work more efficiently, a scaffold was erected surrounding the building from start to finish.
