Gulf States Toyota Transport System and Vehicle Processing
Center
The Gulf States Toyota Transport System (GSTTS) and
the Gulf States Toyota Vehicle Processing Center (VPC)
was a multi-phased, fast-track design-build site development
and building expansion project. The GSTTS phase
on a 33-acre site included 2 Silver LEED certified buildings:
A 33,967 square foot Fleet Maintenance building with
12 full service bays; and a 20,315 square foot Administration
and Support building that includes 9 private sleeping
rooms and other amenities for drivers. The VPC phase
grew into seven additional process buildings, fuel station,
demolition of three existing buildings and approximately
65 acres of parking, underground utilities and above
ground lighting.
