Asuragen

The Asuragen project was a conversion of 47,400 square feet of industrial office warehouse into high-end interior office and lab space. The project required a complete interior demolition and rebuild in less than 16 weeks including an emergency generator set and total MEP replacement. High end finishes included sweeping curved walls, aircraft-cable suspended art-glass, rare Paldao wood ceilings, and Italian limestone floors and walls.
