We celebrated our 10-year Anniversary in 2008 with zero OSHA citations.   SpawMaxwell was the first general contractor in Texas to implement a badge system for “Interim Life Safety Measures” and is a drug-free workplace. We are dedicated to ensuring a safe jobsite through continuous training and oversight by in-house safety professionals and outside safety consultants: 60% of our workforce have received AGC Construction Safety Specialist certification.  Emphasizing safe construction practices is central to Constructive Thinking.
