SpawMaxwell joined forces with Balfour Beatty Construction (BBC) in November 2009. In addition to our core interiors business, SpawMaxwell is pursuing projects that leverage our interiors specialty with the vertical construction expertise of Balfour Beatty. As part of the Balfour Beatty family of companies, SpawMaxwell has approved bonds on individual projects in excess of $300 million with a total aggregate limit established at $4.8 billion.   

We will continue to grow with our clients, providing the same great service and enthusiasm for every job – large or small – as we do today. SpawMaxwell will remain a local company. We recognize that decisions about construction are usually made at the local level and are driven by existing relationships and reputation.

Green building has arrived. Our project teams are experienced in delivery of sustainable projects – more than 55% of our workforce is either LEED AP or Green Advantage certified.
